Re: Season ticket - Transfer for individual games
You have to email the ticket office I think.

How it is for the first 4 or 5 games is different to how it’ll end up apparently.

It’s like they were hoping fans wouldn’t be back so didn’t think about tickets for this season.

Be fair they’ve only had about 9 months of the ticket office doing fuck all. Maybe they furloughed them all till last week?

I would have thought you just email them the ticket you received yesterday?

Branded

In reality you can do that.

Officially though that person is then using the ticket in a false name and that's not permitted. You can only lawfully "transfer" the ticket via the club.

The chances of stewards checking or caring is miniscule. You'd have to be incredibly unlucky to get caught doing this.

Just send a screenshot of the QR code.

Have just asked the ticket office about this for Palace match. Emailed back within 5 mins to say....

Good afternoon

Thank you for your email.

You can forward the email to your guest once you receive the digital ticket.

Kind regards

Let's hope the stewards get the message don't get busy checking the names on tickets.

That's no different when previously giving a mate your ST card surely?

Forwarding an e-mail to a mate makes life a hell of a lot easier*

* I fully expect this will be prevented at some point as it doesn't earn the club any money

Re: Season ticket - Transfer for individual games
Richy - yes it's exactly the same - the question is whether they're going to crack down on it in order to squeeze more money out of people.

Fifth - I have no doubt that they will!

Re: Season ticket - Transfer for individual games
How can they try and enforce it though? Just say no ID on you and what can they do?

Besides, they'll be too busy checking Covid passports and the size of people's umbrellas.

It's going to be a complete and utter fucking shambles on Monday night.

Re: Season ticket - Transfer for individual games
The preferred way to enter the stadium is by scanning the QR code that's generated by either the Apple Wallet or Google Pay app.

There's no ticket-holder name on the QR code screen.

So there's no reason to have or show ID as there's nothing ticket-wise to compare it with. The preferred method of entry is an anonymous on-screen document.

Re: Season ticket - Transfer for individual games
Dan above the QR code is seat details and above that it has attendee full name and customer reference, so after QR code has been scanned if somebody asks to see your ticket it has name etc on it

It's all a load of bollocks and puts me off going.

Covid Passports?
QR codes?
Smart phones? (which I haven't got)

Whats this got to do with football?

Supported man and boy since 1964. Fuck off..

Why is anyone worried FFS?

Send the email with the printable ticket to whoever you want.

It’s not difficult.

Do you really think you’ll be checked for COVID, Name on ticket and body searched?

Re: Season ticket - Transfer for individual games
